FINISH SYSTEMS
Our reputable European and Asian aluminium coil suppliers' state of the art coil coating lines ensure that AATIS aluminium composite products achieve colour consistency and long lasting colour quality. Aluminium coils which are used on the top face of the Aluminium composite panels are manufacturer using PVDF paint system with variety of coatings. Customers may specify the following PVDF coating finishes 2 coat, 3 coat and 4 coat.
PVDF 2 COAT FINISH
	- Meets performance requirment of AAMA / ECCA. - Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000. - Contain 70% PVDF resin. - Excellent weatherability and formability. - Excellent for normal weather conditions. - Solid Colors.
PVDF 3 COAT FINISH
	- Meets performance requirment of AAMA / ECCA. - Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000. - Contain 70% PVDF resin. - Excellent weatherability and formability. - Extra clear coat for an added weather protection. - Metallic looks and Mica pigments.
PVDF 4 COAT FINISH
	- Meets performance requirment of AAMA / ECCA. - Only with Aluminium AA 5005 / H42 - Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000. - Contain 70% PVDF resin. - Excellent weatherability and formability. - Extra clear coat for an added weather protection. - Barrier coats allow extra surface flexibility.
