PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) is typically used in the production of AATIS Aluminium Composite Panels. AATIS surfaces are treated with either Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000 which contain 70% PVDF resin to ensure high weatherability and long lasting colour. AATIS Aluminium Coil passed the European Coil Coating Association (ECCA) Standards and the American Aluminium Manufacturers Association (AAMA) Standards.
Bonding Layer
In the Co-Extrusion method, both core material and bonding agent are extruded by heat proces consecutively. This process yields high bonding strength for the Aluminium composite panel.
