PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) is typically used in the production of AATIS Aluminium Composite Panels. AATIS surfaces are treated with either Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000 which contain 70% PVDF resin to ensure high weatherability and long lasting colour. AATIS Aluminium Coil passed the European Coil Coating Association (ECCA) Standards and the American Aluminium Manufacturers Association (AAMA) Standards.
AATIS ® /fr Aluminium Composite Panel are manufactured with Co-extrusion method. AATIS ® /fr is very versatile and can be used in many applications. The panel consists of 3 main layers.
